  THE BREATH AND THE COLOR OF THE INNER VOICE ​Does a thought have a voice? ​If it does... what color is it? ​To understand this, do not look at your breath. For a moment, return to a time when you were very angry. You were deeply hurt by someone. You hadn't said a single word yet. From the outside, you were silent. But inside, the conversation had already begun. A voice rose from within: ​“Look... What didn't I give him? I gave money. I gave love. I trusted him. And what did he do to you?” ​Then: “Enough is enough.” Followed by: “End this relationship. He doesn't understand your good intentions.” ​The anger rises. The voice hardens: “Drop dead.” “Let him shatter into pieces.” ​Now stop. A minute ago, you were only angry. Now there are words. Words entered the emotion. Emotion gave birth to the word.
